we have setup our shopping cart 3.82 on DNN 9.01.01. Currently we are using just basic paypal to process the order, i have tried this on single page check-out and 3 page checkout. When adding the products to the cart everything works fine, checkout seems to work fine and we are directed to paypal  -  the order is placed, money changes hands, site user is redirect to the customers order page (https://www.domain.com/My-Account/PageID/CustomerOrders/)  but when you go to that page -  no orders are showing.  When you look in the store admin for orders and sales - there is nothing recorded.  Did i miss a setting somewhere?

The most common reason for Paypal payments not going through is the page with the "Cart viper my account" must be publicly accessible without requiring login to your site. Paypal sends the module a notification to let us know payment has been taken and if there are security permissions on the page this cant get through.

Or in store admin -> payments you need to enter the primary email address associated with your Paypal account in the setting "Paypal ID".

If that does not aid the problem, can you send me the URL where the module is installed and a host username / password and I will check our audit logs. nigel@cartviper.com
