Hi. I've setup a store page and have turned on the Ajax Modal popup setting for the store page that says "Item added to cart." Problem is, I don't see any popup. I've also tried turning off the setting but don't see the alternate message at the top right of the screen either.

Any ideas? This occurs in Firefox 7.01 and IE 9.0. Not critical and the mini cart updates properly, but puzzled.

Hi,
You have the Google analytics tracking feature turned on?
The reason I ask is when we add to the cart, we are trying to record this event in the GA tracking code and throwing a javascript error - hence why the modal popup is not working. 
You either need to add the GA tracking code to the page or disable this feature, page 34 of our user guide explains this in more detail:
