OK, to answer your question, yes we have Google analytics implemented via an HTML box that contains the Google tracking code in the header. Google analytics is tracking the site so it appears to be working. I had the box at the bottom of the page and moved it to the top. I also move the HTML text to the footer of the box but no change.

One interesting note is that the behavior of the cart has changed a bit; now, when I click on the add to cart icon, it takes me directly to the checkout page; this may because the site is now live and the pages can be viewed by anyone. I would like to control this more finely as I'd like them to add an item to the cart but still leave them in the shopping area. Not critical but noteworthy.

The Event Viewer now shows this error; this may have something to with another system on the site that's not been removed but not sure. Can you advise?

Hi Rick

I've just had a look on the site I'm not seeing any JavaScript errors so it would appear the GA tracking is working now.

I've not got an account for the site, so when I add to the cart I'm redirected to the registration page since it would appear the my account page is set to only allow authenticated users to access it.
In the catalog settings there is an option to direct to the cart when an item is added, I would guess you've got this setting turned on.

I'm not sure about the exception, I'd like to have a look at the url myself. Do you think you could create me an admin account so I can hit that page myself.
Do I need to do anything to trigger the exception?

Regards

Mark

I had it turned on all the time but it doesn't seem to work; I've turned it off and on and now the cart doesn't go the checkout page regardless of the setting.

As you'll note in my other note, I have Allow Guest Checkout flagged but it doesn't seem to work.

Cancel the above; I had the page permissions improperly set.
