Hi there,

We have a Cart Viper store on one of our clients websites. The payment gateway is via PayPal. When a customer makes a purchase all he is receiving is the payment confirmation from PayPal which also includes the order details. What he is not receiving is the store admin email confirmations. The orders aren't appearing either in the Orders section of the store admin.

I have looked at this myself and can't see anything obvious, if I add 'Accept Offline Payment' as a payment option then the order emails are being generated and the  order appears in the store admin - it seems to be only with the PayPal payment option.

Is this a PayPal issue? If so what would I need to so?

Hi,

The IPN that Paypal sends back to Cart viper to let us know that payment has been taken is not getting validated, only once this has been validated do we send the emails and mark the order as placed. Are you using URL master on your site?
