I purchased cart viper today after having installed and tested the demo version.  The modules of the demo version were uninstalled a few days ago.  Today, I attempted to install the extension I downloaded after my purchase but kept repeatedly receiving a "Runtime Error" screen titled "Server Error in '/' Application" after I accepted the license. 

I am not a developer so a really technical explanation/solution won't likely do much good.

Hi Craig

Thank you for purchasing a Cart Viper license.

We've not came across the issue before where the installer doesn't work. What version of DotNetNuke are you installing against?

Also it might be worth just install the trial version http://www.cartviper.com/Portals/0/Ca... which you can then just license as a full version by installing the license file which you will have access to in SnowCovered.
I would be tempted to try that since it maybe the file has been corrupted during the download.

Let me know if this fixes the issue

Hi Mark,

I downloaded and attempted to install the trial version available on the website.  But I ran into the same problem.  The only module that installs is Cart Viper Admin.  The other modules do not appear in the extension directory. Below is a link to a page on our website that contains an image and PDF of the error screenshot I received after accepting the license during the installation process.

I would be interested in seeing what your host settings look like. I've attached a screen shot showing my development settings. I want to just check you've got a portal that is DNN5+ and running .net 3.5 or greater.
