Everything looks great on the install and I was able to configure different modules and setup a few products. Everything works as intended except the error I have below. Other than that, I have a few questions regarding the capabilities of the product:

  • Does Cart Viper integrate with Customer Information Manager (CIM) of Authorize.Net? If so, how do we do that through Cart Viper?
  • Does Cart Viper integrate with Automatic Recurring Billing (ARB) of Authorize.Net if my Cart Viper product has a recurring billing method? From the documentation of Cart Viper, it should handle that part I believe.
  • Also, please find below an error that I receive on all of the Product Specification and Product Review tabs on every product details page. It looks like we are missing a file in the install. If that’s the case, please let us know what needs to be done to fix this.

We are in the process of buying a license for Cart Viper once we are past all the issues we have with the product. Please respond as soon as possible since this is critical to our project.

Hi,

1) We do not support this feature.

2) Yes we support this, it will turn on by automatically provided you can only have "AuthorizeNetProvider" and no other payment options selected in store admin -> payment. If this is setup correctly when you create products you will notice the "recurring price" section becomes enabled and in the my account module there will appear a section "my subscriptions" which will list a customers subscriptions and allow them to cancel them. Also if a recurring billing payment fails the admin and customer will be emailed to notify them.

3) In 3.0 we introduced a bug in the tabs so we were not loading the correct templates, I have fixed this now (3.0.0e). If you download the latest version from our site it should resolve the issue. Note the build number is the same so you will need to select "repair install":

Thanks
