Hello again,

I had posted previously that the credit card expiry date fields were not functioning properly. That continues to be true on the 4-step checkout process.

However, after spending more time on your demo shop, and seeing the one-page checkout process, I switched to that, and it works fine. (Except, I am not able to have the Ship To info disappear. That is unnecessary for us, as all we sell is online access via DNN role.)

In any event, we are now good to go!

Looking forward to being able to take full advantage of the features of Cart Viper. (We have had to upgrade; our prior shop is no longer being supported.) Stay strong!!

Hi Pat,

I imagine the dropdown list is conflicting with the CSS from your site meaning it is not showing correctly, if you want to use the fourstep rather than singlepage checkout let me know the url of the store and I will take a look.

We only hide the shipping option if the product is an event, donation or digital download. So what I would suggest is uploading a pdf and assigning this to your products (as you are selling subscriptions to DNN roles perhaps a pdf explaining how the role gets added to your dnn account) , this would mean the shipping option when then automatically be hidden.
