Hi,

We have a User category of Membership, a monthly subscription providing access to online content. We also make that content into products available for purchase as one-offs, and "free to Members". When we enter $0.00 as the User Pricing for the Membership User role, the price properly displays as zero.

However: 1. There is no indication of the special pricing for Users; (e.g., product price = $89.00, Members price = $0.00) and 2. even with a zero total due, in order to checkout all credit card info must be supplied.

Is there some way to (a) add a label touting the User role pricing? and (b) remind a User with a zero balance due that they already have access to this product? (and therefore, do not need to checkout)

Hi Pat

Both of those features are not part of Cart Viper, however if you are a dab hand with jQuery you could create a javascript snippet which would display some caption for both point 1 and 2. In fact you could also hide the add to cart button for item 2 if the price of the item is 0.00.
