Hi,

I have just upgraded an existing site to latest version of Cartviper and DNN9 everything appears to be working however when you enter the shop screen a blank product view window pops up and you have to close this down to see shop can you check this out for me?

Its on a test site:-

Please note the secure certificate is not valid on this site but only because its a test site and certificate belongs to live site.

Hi Greg,

When you upgrade and are using the portal templates settings, post upgrade you need to merge the new template folder into your portals one. It should be covered on page 8 of the user guide:

https://www.cartviper.com/portals/0/userguide.pdf

The folder and files that handle the popup you need to merge from the base DesktopModules/CartViper folder to your portals folder Portals/0/CVStore/ResponsiveTemplates/ are the below:

/ResponsiveTemplates/Images
/ResponsiveTemplates/Js/jquery.colorbox-min.js
/ResponsiveTemplates/Scripts/CatalogNotificationJs.cshtml
/ResponsiveTemplates/StyleSheet/colorbox.css

Hi Nigel,

Always read the manual!!

Thanks for the information I checked manual and followed steps along with merging folders/files you listed below but the product pop up box still appears on first entry to the shop?

Hi,

Looks like you're still using the old files:

The new js file is version 1.6.4:

https://test.harthillcookeryschool.co.uk/desktopmodules/cartviper/ResponsiveTemplates/Js/jquery.colorbox-min.js

The above file needs to go in the below location, at the moment its 1.3.21.1:

https://test.harthillcookeryschool.co.uk/Portals/0/CVStore/ResponsiveTemplates/Js/jquery.colorbox-min.js

Same with the CSS file:

https://test.harthillcookeryschool.co.uk/desktopmodules/cartviper/ResponsiveTemplates/StyleSheet/colorbox.css

Needs to be copied to the below location:

https://test.harthillcookeryschool.co.uk/Portals/0/CVStore/ResponsiveTemplates/StyleSheet/colorbox.css

Finally copy all images from:

https://test.harthillcookeryschool.co.uk/desktopmodules/cartviper/ResponsiveTemplates/Images

to

https://test.harthillcookeryschool.co.uk/Portals/0/CVStore/ResponsiveTemplates/Images

You may need to clear your browser cache after you make these changes.
