Hi,

Regarding this feature detail on user guide "Create Orders on Behalf of Customers when enabled this allows the administrator of the store to create orders on behalf of a customer. The customer is then emailed a link to pay for the order"

I enabled this feature on general settings. But, I (admin) do not see any provision to create orders and to select one or more customers to email order? 

And instead, i see a wrong behavior on cart page. It displayed a new button "Create a quote for a customer". That's a different feature. I double checked that I enabled this feature "Create Orders on Behalf of Customers" and not "Enable Customer Order Moderation". Is it a bug?

Hi,

Note this feature only works with the SinglePageCheckout (Store admin -> payment).

Agree the "create a quote for customer" button that appears on the cart details page is somewhat misleading, we will change that button text so it is clearer. It is in the below file if you want to change that without waiting for the next release:

DesktopModules\cartviper\App_LocalResources\CustomerCart.ascx.resx

When you click the button you should go to the checkout page and have the 2 buttons at the bottom:



Clicking the "create an order" button creates the order and the email address you entered during checkout then receives the below email with the "pay now" link that they can click on to actually pay for the order.
