Hello,

 I'm trying to add additional addresses under store info from admin. I want that order confirmation and other store email should be sent to additional email addresses. I entered the address in format test@com.net;test2@com.net;test3@com.net . But when I purchase something from store. Email is not sent to the emails entered in additional Email address textbox. What could be the issue ?

And if I checked Disable Admin Order Confirmation Email. Email is still sent to the purchaser. Please help.

I'm using DotNetNuke version 07.00.01 (266)

Hi,

The format of the additional emails looks correct, by selecting "disable admin order confirmation" it will stop the store admin receiving the confirmation email. Have you tried un-selecting this option and then trying again? If the email still does not come to the admin check admin -> event viewer to see if there are any errors logged for the time of the purchase.

If you wanted to stop the confirmation email from going to the customer select "disable order confirmation" and "disable anon order confirmation"

Hi,

 "Disable admin order confirmation" is already unchecked. The admin gets the confirmation. But problem is additional email addresses don't get that confirmation email.

Are there any errors logged in admin -> event viewer at the time the order is placed?
