Hi,

With the default image picker, can you confirm there is no way to pick a picture already uploaded on the directory "CVStoreImages".

So I decided to choose the option "DNN picker".

But when I do that I have the 2 downdropbox "File Location" and "File Name" that appear but when I choose my picture nothing happen, so I can't choose a picture I already uploaded.

And, I can't upload picture from local because there is no "Upload button" as regular DNN Picker. It is the same in the DNN Picker in the "Product Tabs" tab on Product Edit.

DNN: 7.2.1 - CV: 3.1.0

Regards.

Antoine.

Hi Antoine

Can you go to the Admin - File Manager page and the do a recursive sync of the files and see if that corrects the issue?

Regards

Mark

Hi,

On DNN 7.2 there is no more "recursive sync". But of course I made a folder synchronisation as you asked. But nothing change.

But I am not sure this is the issue because when I set up the DNN picker I can see all the pictures in the CVStoreImages folder.

The issue is when I select one of them nothing happen. And I have no action button (Upload) or UploadDropZone.

Usually when there is a folder synchronisation issue you can't see picture name in the dropdownbox.

Regards.

Antoine.

Hi,

I have just had a look at this feature to confirm how it works, it wont let you select images already in the "cvstoreimages" folder, it will however let you select images from any other portal folder.

Your other observation is correct in all the file pickers we disable the "upload" option you would need to use admin -> file management to upload your images before selecting them inside of CV.

Thanks
Nigel.

Ok, you should have been a good reason to choose this behaviour.

Antoine.
