Hi,

We are currently having problems when using the Sandbox on Paypal.

When proceeding to checkout everything is fine until we get to the last stage in the Paypal process where the error 'This invoice has already been paid. For more information, please contact the merchant.' is returned.

This happens even if we remove all cookies etc, try it on a different browser, on a different machine.

It would appears to something to do with the order reference, is there one? Have I missed something?

Any help would be great as we want to go live asap.

Hi Eddie

This sounds quite strange since you are getting the same error across different browsers.

Could you email me here mark@cartviper.com with the url and a host account. 
I need a host account so I can execute some sql statements to see the transaction log, that will help me determine what is happening.

Hi Mark,

I have just tried to email you but got bounced back with daemon error, unable to resolve domain 'cartviper.com'.

You wouldn't be able to access the database as it is on a VPN and blocks all IP addresses out our domain.

It there anything I can try here.

In the host menu on DNN there is a SQL page which allows me to execute SQL statements without needing access to the actual database server.

FYI...I was getting this same error because I misunderstood the sandbox setup and was using the same merchant sandbox account for the store settings and the checkout. After putting the merchant email in the store settings and then using the customer account to do the checkout, I no longer received this error.
