(right click -> view image to see larger image)

As you can see in the above image, one cannot go through with an order using Authorize.net. The error message displayed is that "Email is required." I have no idea how to solve this.

Also, I'm also working on resolving the SSL issues with our dotnetnuke site. We have the certificate installed, though are getting an infinite redirect loop when "Force SSL Checkout" is checked off in Admin -> Settings. As such, I managed to get to this page by simply manually adding https:// before the URL.

URL for this page: https://www.bioscience.org/dotnetnuke2/OrderReprint/ShoppingCart/tabid/190/PageID/SinglePageCheckout/Default.aspx

Appreciate any advice on either how to get rid of this problem or solve the infinite redirect loop.

Hi,
Can you confirm what version of Cart VIper you are running? We had an issue with the SSL redirecting in an earlier version however it should be fixed in version 1.5.1 (current version - 12th Jan 2012).

With regards the authorize.net issue, could you provide me with a host username and password so I can login, I would like to run some SQL queries via: host -> SQL as we add debugging info when we are attempting to checkout and I would like to see what settings you have entered for auth.net and what we are sending to them.

You can email this information to me at nigel@cartviper.com rather than posting in a public forum.

Thanks
Nigel.
