Have you got this working now?

If you are still having problems, are you using the very latest version of Cart Viper? What was the last letter in the zip file you installed?

Regards

Mark

I have installed the WSE 3.0 on server but same error prompt is shown at check out credit card processing,

app_pool identity is set to "NetworkService" and nothing is present in Event log related to "SSL/TLS secure channel".

Hi

I would suggest that you upgrade to the latest version of cart viper 1.4.1. You can download the latest version from the trial page http://www.cartviper.com/FreeTrial.aspx
Since you already have a license this will lock to the full version.

I strongly suggest you backup your database and DNN folder before performing the upgrade. Also if you have customised templates in the portal templates folder you may need to merge any CSS changes in the new templates which ship with 1.4.1.
The PDF manual explains the process on page 6
http://www.cartviper.com/portals/0/Ca...

If you have a test account with First Data I'm happy to setup the certificates on my dev environment to confirm it works as expected?

Regards

Mark

URGENT: Having SSL related issues with First Data and have been in touch prior. We have to go live this morning as there is a huge convention in town and this could be very costly to the business if it doesn't work. Please provide a phone number so we can speak directly to resolve the issue.
