hi,



i've got the custom email box ticked and both customer and admin recieve the order confirm email. I also have set the selection for including the order details in both registered and anonymous. No order details are being output. How do we fix this ASAP. The site is now live.

The default templates for the order confirmation are the below, have you modified any of these?

No. and what is strange one of the early tests I did of this function, did show the order detail - one product (at least this is my recollection. wish i'd kept the email that was generated). What and where should I check to fix this?  I've changed the admin credentials so I'll email the new ones  so you can take a look (if you'd like.

No, I understand the methodology of the module. Unfortunately my client stubbornly refuses to use the module as designed. He won't be using the site for moderation. So, the sales manager and the customer need a copy of what was ordering in the order confirmation email, attached there-to. or a Text message at checkout that directs them to print the order for their records. I tried your little print widget. This teensy printer icon shows up in the bottom right (difficult to notice) but when clicked on it doesn't activate the browsers print dialogue. It merely brings up a second static page and the customer is left to figure out what and how to do next.

As follow up for anyone else reading this thread, the product details were not included in the order confirmation email as the store was moderating orders. This meant when the order was placed by the customer it was placed in the moderation queue and the admin / customer were getting an email informing them the order has been received by the store and it was pending moderation. Once the order had been moderated the customer then receives the order confirmation email with the order details listed.
