It started as an issue with upgrading and then i decided to just uninstall and reinstall and I'm seeing the same issue.  Below is a snippet from the event log.

It just continues on the same thing, with each successive module one failing.

FYI: I'm running DNN 8.0.3 and have verified I'm on .net 4.7 framework

Hi

It doesn't give much information as to why it fails. Is there anything more in the admin-> event logs to explain the issue?

Also you could look in /Portals/_default/Log and have a look in there for the day you installed the module and got the error. Does that give any further information as to the reason for the failure?

Regards

Mark

ok, in trying to get a clean log i went through and did another uninstall, then manually removed the sql tables/sprocs and manually removed all the files from the dnn install (because for some reason even though i said to remove the files the uninstall didn't do it).

after doing all that and making sure i got rid of every trace of the cartviper i could i was actually able to do a clean install, it meant i had to setup the store again, but it wasn't very big so I'm not too worried about that.  My only issue is that now I can't find my license file to license the store, i originally bought this back in 2015.  I have the same portal instance, the same domain name, the same host instance, and everything but i can't seem to find the license file anywhere in my email.  So is this something i can get resent to me and if so what do i need to provide?

Hi Chris,

Yes we can resend your license, could you email me the order ID and whether you bought the license on our site or the DNN store? I've had a quick look and could not find an obvious order from 2015 that matched your details, so if you don't have the above do you know the domain for the email that would have been used to purchase? nigel@cartviper.com

Regards
