+++ 3. I see what you mean now with regard to the registration. That link on the success message is to a page we have created which collects the details for the user. +++

Could you tell me the process that normally takes place during a checkout that requires the buyer register with the site??

Hi Rick

The reason behind having a custom registration process is that we use it so once the user has created an account we move that order they placed as an anonymous user over to have their userID.

I could be wrong but I think we have logic on the cart/order page which may do the same task. I'd need to look into it.

I've got a file with a link so that it will present the dynamic registration as the link for digital orders confirmation message. Lets give it a try out and see what we can do. I'll email you it now.
