I know I'm being a pain, but just curious.  Is there anyway through the interface or the GUI to reset or expand the number of digital downloads for an individual order?  I don't want to extend it for everyone, but occasionally I have a difficult customer who needs to have more chances and I'd really like to just reset their counter or add to their individual limit.

Hi,

The downloads limits are set globally for the product, so if you increase it all orders will reflect this. We don't have a way of resetting the download limit via the UI.

The download limit count is stored in the table cvstore_orderdetailsattributes under the key:

CV_DIGITAL_DOWNLOAD_COUNT_PROD_{0}_ORDER_{1}_fileId_{2}

You would need to replace the {} with the below values:

{0} Order ID
{1} Order Item Id
{2} DNN file ID of your file.

So you would end up with a key like the below:

CV_DIGITAL_DOWNLOAD_COUNT_PROD_878_ORDER_3256_fileId_FileID=399

Not the easiest I know, but once you look in that table you should be able to find the row that relates to your order and then update then reset the download count to 0.
