I installed the trial version 3.2.0 on my DNN 06.01.02 site. I have .NET 4.0 and jquery version 1.6.4. The install seemed to go fine and I was able to add the various modules to the appropriate pages per the instruction manual, and even configure the site settings. Now, however, the menu doesn't appear when I mouse-over "manage" and clicking the gear icon doesn't trigger it either. The DNN menu (admin, host, modules, pages, etc) doesn't open on mouse-over either. This only occurs on pages with the Cart Viper module installed. Any ideas on what might be causing the issue?

Hi Sarah

I would guess a CSS issue? I know in some earlier version of Cart Viper we had a css class name which then became used by DNN which meant we had a conflict. We corrected this over a year ago.
So it might be something similar.

Do you have a url and host account you could email? I'd like to take a look for myself if possible since.
My email address is mark@cartviper.com

Regards

Mark

We had a similiar problem but we had configured the whole site as https.

So the url to the jquery css would not work.

Had to go into their code and fix.

Thanks John. We're just testing it right now so don't have SSL turned on yet. Appreciate the reply though!
