As an administrator, is it possible to add products into a customer's digital download locker?

Many thanks for any help.

In the store admin -> store info -> general settings we do have a setting you could enable "create orders on behalf of customers". It would let you create orders for customers but they would be prompted to pay for the order before it would appear in the digital download locker, not sure if this is what you want to happen?

If not you could just update the order status to "paid".

Thanks
Nigel.

Hi Nigel

The customer has paid for the order already, but unfortunately the link to the products was broken.  This is now fixed, so is there a way I can place the products into his download locker?

Many thanks

Mark

Hi Mark,

Once an order has been placed you cant then add further products to that order, however if you add the digital download files to the product they already purchased as part of the original order they will then appear in the digital download locker for the customer.

Thanks
Nigel.
