Just purchased and update our DNN installation.  Working on configuring the store.

It's not saving the  Supplier NamePage Title, or Product SKU.

I go back in and re-enter the information and click on update.  But when I go back in to look at it, they're blank.

I've deleted the items and re-added them and still no go.  Ideas?

Hi Jeff,

I just tried this on my dev site and it worked as expected, does the page reload as if it has saved? Just wondering incase a validation error is preventing the save? Are there any errors in the admin -> event viewer?

If you want send me an admin username / password along with the product edit url and I will take a look? nigel@cartviper.com

Thanks
Nigel.

Hi Nigel,

Thanks for the reply.  The URL was after the update was reporting an error; something such-as "?dist=Error".

Since it was a new install and I was just trying to add/edit one or two products, I uninstalled the Cart Viper module and then re-installed it.  This worked fine.  I was then able to add/edit and duplicate products without any issues.

Not such what happened or why it occurred.

Thank you again for your excellent support.
