How can I get a list of all ordered products that includes the associated order number and quantity in a comma-delimited (xls) format? I need to create a label for each sold product.

Ideally, the file heading would look like this: Order number, Billing Name, Product, Quantity, Price.

I assume a database query is needed—I cannot find a report that provides this information. Would you please help me with that query?

Hi,

The below SQL would query our order tables and get that data, the below will only include orders with a status of "paid", also it will filter orders based on the portal ID - if you do not need this remove the section in bold. If you do require this filter you will need to change to your correct portal, the below example is set to a portal with ID of 10:

select o.OrderID,a.FirstName,a.LastName,d.correctedProductTitle,d.Quantity,d.UnitCost from CVStore_Orders as o
inner join CVStore_OrderDetails as d
on o.OrderID = d.OrderID
inner join CVStore_Addresses as a
on a.AddressID = o.BillingAddressID
where o.OrderIsPlaced =1 and o.OrderStatusID=7 and o.PortalID=10
