When Paypal has taken payment they send an IPN back to Cart viper so we can verify that payment has been taken and only then do we update the order to "paid" so it appears in the order management section and send out the confirmation emails. However as the page with the "my account" module is password protected on your site the IPN cannot get back to Cart viper so we cant complete this process.

If you remove the security from the below page it should work as expected:

Thanks
Nigel.

You have been a tremendous help in getting this set up.  Thank you.

One last question  from the nube and I think we are all set.

The last page before going to pay pal it reads:

1.Select the shipping method to use

2.Click the button "Place Order" below to pay for your order with Paypal.

How do I get rid of line 1, since we are only using usps for shipping?

How do I change line 2 to read, "Click next to complete your order"

Hi,

No problem I am glad those issues are resolved now.

I cant get to your site at the moment it just spins and spins without loading, but I think you are using the 3 or 4 step checkout?

1) We dont have a setting for this but if you just want to hide this label, if you look in the below control:
DesktopModules\cartviper\CartShippingMethod.ascx

If you add in the section in bold it should hide it:
<asp:Label Visible="false" ID="lblCheckoutCaption" CssClass="cvCheckoutCaption" resourcekey="lblCheckoutCaption" runat="server"></asp:Label>

2) You can change the text by editing the below resource file:
DesktopModules\cartviper\Providers\GatewayProviders\PayPalProvider\App_LocalResources\PayPalPayment.ascx.resx

It is set via the key: lblConfirmMessage.Text

Before changing the file I would recommend reading the below post on changing resource files:

Thanks
Nigel.
