HI,

I am looking at this cart on the 14day free trial - the only real problem I have come accross is that the image upload control is not showing.

I have looked at some other posts re. fixing the issue but the suggestions didnt help:

 - http://blog.cartviper.com/post/2012/03/05/Cart-Viper-Silverlight-Image-Uploader-Control.aspx

They also make referance that this problem shouldn't happen in IIS7 which I am using. I have the silverlight client installed so Im struggling to work out what else it could be?

Could you please advise

Thanks

Hi

Can you check that in the following folder /DesktopModules/CartViper/ClientBin you have the file, fileupload.xap

We had an older build which had this file missing from the package.

Regards

Mark

Hi

You can download the latest build from the free trial page or it might be easier for me to just sent you the missing file then you can add into the site.

Hi Mark,

I'm having a similar problem with both the Image tab and Downloads tab not showing a file upload diaglog, although it does show a nice image of my home page. Checking these different issues, here's what I can tell you:

CartViper 1.6.1k, DNN 7.0.5 running on a hosted server at 3Essentials.

IIS 7.5 is installed. They have confirmed with me via e-mail that the .xap, .xaml and .xbap mime types are all enabled.

I checked DesktopModules\CatrViper\ClientBin\FileUpload.xap is installed and has a file size of 47,527.

Any insight you can provide would be really appreciated.

Cheers,

Larry
