I just downloaded your CartViper product on a 14 day trial.  I am setting up a new product and having problems on the Images tab of the product definition.  It appears that you are using Silverlight for your user interactions.  However, all I get is a blank page below the product tabs and above the "Image updates are stored immediately . . . " text.  I am using IE 8.0 and Google Chrome 17.  Any suggestions.

Hi,
This will be due to the Silverlight control we are using to allow multiple product image uploads, we have written a blog post on how to resolve this issue in IIS.

I am having issues even though I followed the instructions in the blog. On the client side, I'm using Silverlight 5 (5.1.10411.0) with MacOSX 10.7.3.

We have also tried on Windows Windows XP Pro V2002 SP3 using Firefox 13.0.

We really like the module and would like to purchase an enterprise license, however, we cannot proceed forward until we get the image uploader situation resolved.

Hi

The most common reason for this is that you are using IIS6 which doesn't have the MIME type of Silverlight. Its a pretty simple fix please see this blog post
