Hi. I recently setup google merchant feed and received these two errors. I did the fetch method for the google merchant and I gave the url from the store, admin, general settings, after I selected Google merchant feed. I also supplied my username and password. 1 is the read out error from Google merchant center, 2 is the url error result from the link to my merchant feed in Cartviper settings.
1.Global feed issues keyboard_arrow_down 1 ERROR: Connection failed.. Failed to connect to the remote server. Please make sure the source URL in your feed configuration is a valid one. Hi,

I just tried this on a test site using the latest version and it worked as expected, can you upgrade to the latest version as it may have been an issue that has been resolved:

If you're still experiencing the same issue after the upgrade can you let us know and we can give you a file to put in your websites bin folder that will output the exact line number that is causing the issue.

Hi. I had updated to the latest version 3.7.11 from last week before I put in this request. So we can go the bin folder file route. Thanks

Hi,

If you could download these files and extract them into your sites bin folder, it won't correct the issue but if you try again the error message should contain the exact line number that is causing the issue. 

As this is a production site I would recommend taking a backup of your existing .dll files so you can revert in case of an issue.

Hi. I extracted the four files in the website bin. Where do I find the error to give it to you?
