Hello and thank you for your help in advance,
We are using CV version : 3.5.9a
We are getting an exception - not sure why.
Could you please shed some light as to what is happening.

Hi

Do you have a custom library we have created for you that you using with Cart Viper?

Also can you get me the a screen shot of the params that are sent during the update cart ajax call? If you are using Firefox or Chrome the developer tools will allow you to see this in the network tab.

The issue appears to be the flag that determines if the cart is using the "VIP Processing" feature is not being sent when we make the request to update the quantities of the cart. What I suggest is first updating to the latest version of Cart Viper, that will give you the up to date version of CartDetail.ascx , this contains the method that updates the quantities of the cart and does include the "vip processing" flag so hopefully that should resolve your issue:

Can you download and install the latest version, note select repair install when prompted by DNN:

If the VIP processing flag is not present we will ignore it rather than simply always trying to read it.
