Hello and thank you for your support in advance,

I am currently using version 3.1 of the cart viper software.

I have noticed that if I try to export products I get a 500 server error.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hi,

Is this in the "import / export catalog" section? If you look in the bin folder of your dnn site can you look for CartViper.Modules.Store.dll , can you then tell me the version and revision number for this file? It should be something like "3.1.1.7899".

Yes it is in that section you mentioned.

Thee dll version is: 3.1.0.7645

Hi,

Can you download the files and unzip the file and place in the bin folder of your site. It wont fix the issue, however it should output the line number that is causing the issue along with the error message.
