I may setup image galleries to show my pictures instead of or in addition to the catalog pages.  The gallery supports going to a URL when it is clicked.  Is there a way to make it go to the product details page and bring up the selected product?   maybe by just adding the SKU number to the URL (SEO friendly URL, no Tab ID).

Hi John

The url you can create to link to the product details page would be like the example below

http://www.siteurl.com/tabid/58/ProductID/3773/Default.aspx

You would need to supply the correct tabid for the page which has the Cart Viper Catalog module on.
Then you'd need to supply the product ID, this is the internal product ID used in the database.

Does that help you create the links you need in your module?

Yes that helps.  I tried it and it works.  I also installed ifinity URL Master and that allows using the SEO setting in the url  http://www.bestplaceforphotos.com/Vip...  which is easier on the eyes.  Have you tested using ifinity?
