Hi. We use the Events part of Cart Viper almost exclusively. Currently, our client offers Boot Camps with a couple of different price reductions running up to the event. Early, Advanced and Full price.

So, for example, if the event was August 1st and Full Price was $2000, they would offer Early from Today until June 25th and the price would be $1000. Then, on the June 26th, the price would go up to $1500 until July 15th. Then on July 16th until the event date it would be $2000.  It would be so much easier on us then creating Coupons and keeping up with all the dates. Right now, I have to make two coupons for eat Event and if the dates change (and they do), I have to be sure to go catch it in each place.

Something like the ability to add a range of dates and dollars. Maybe it would be a tab with a Discount table.

Today's date - 06/25/13 - $1000 (or it could be discount amount, so $1000)
06/26/13 - 07/15/13 - $1500 (or it could be discount amount, so $500)
starting on 07/16/13 price go back to Full Price.

Hope this makes sense.

Thanks. Gary

Hi Gary,

When you edit an event we have an "offers" tab where you can enter a date range that the entered discount amount is available between. You can only enter a single date range and price so you would need to change this whenever the date expires, however it should give you want you need as in the store front the customer will be able to see the original and cheaper price they will be charged.

Thanks
Nigel.
