Hi Nigel,

We are having problems with our book store when we order multiples. we added to cart like some items with shipping and some items without shipping.
If select multiple items(14 items) why it is taking long time and in checkout at shipping we are facing issue ,

Sorry, but we don't have any shipping rates for the weight of items in your basket to the selected country. Please either selected a different billing / shipping address or contact us stating the list of products you'd like to order along with the billing / shipping address and we'll get a quote for you.
Can you suggest or tell us what we need to do for this.

I am not sure why the shipping is not giving you any rates, can you email me the URL of the store and an admin username and password so I can have a look at your settings? Nigel@cartviper.com

Hi,

Thanks for the reply, finally we discovered its related to Shipping settings in cart viper admin settings
http://production.shippingapis.com/ShippingAPI.dll the settings are perfect.

One more thing is for the orders which had checked there is no issue, but issue coming for those do not checked in the below option at
admin >edit > orders

I strongly believe as USPS is being changed its rate calculators from RV2 to RV4, its become an issue.

Could you explain the issue for you me, are you staying the rating codes are wrong in USPS provider?

Hi Mark,

Here the problem is in shipping we are using USPS. The USPS has changed its Rate calculator version and in our current site we are using RV2 and we need to migrate to RV4 in USPS. So from cart viper module we have no issue as of now, the issue is when we adding some order to cart its initially going to checking of shipping but the shipping API is not working so that its showing the following error.
