Hi,

Could you email me over the link to the store along with a username and password so I can login and see the issue?

Thanks

Hi Sabarinath

I've seen this before and think I know what the issue is.

Can you check what you have set in the store admin > store info page as the role required to manage the catalog, I'm guessing this role is missing from the account you are using to access the page. If the account doesn't have permission then we just stop rendering the iframe which means you'll get that message.

I've logged a ticket now to change this so that in future we'll display some friendly message, at the moment the error doesn't really explain the issue.

Let me know if that fixes the issue for you.

Regards

Mark
