I am getting notice of missing files, so I went back and downloaded the original files directly from your free trial page. The files that are reported to be missing also do not exist in their source files.
The error I get is:

Is there a place I can download these files? Or is this an error in the code?

That was an oversight, if you download and install the latest version it should correct the issue:

I did that but it still shows the same error, same missing two image files.

For whatever reason it looks like the new image and CSS file needed has not been copied to your directory. Anyhow I have attached them here , can you download and extract the contents. Then copy the CSS file to:

DesktopModules/cartViper/Templates/stylesheet

And the png file to:
DesktopModules/cartViper/Templates/images/calendar/
