Our store has about 15k products and our images are stored in subfolders of the CVStoreImages folder. We keep running into disk space issues because the  CVStoreImages root folder is somehow getting a few copies of each image in the subfolders with the {image name}_80, _200, and _400, which matches up with the image widths in the Store Settings. Is this some kind of image caching that I can turn off?

Hey Eric

Cart Viper will take the original image that upload and create three different sized versions of the original. These are used for the thumbnail, medium and large image.

You could set the image size in the store info to all have the same value however this will mean you'll lose out on the modal popup and thumbnails etc.

Another option is if the original files are big you could delete those since CV will only use the suffixed files _400, _80 etc.

Regards

Mark
