the image uploader and management just stopped working a week or so ago in all browsers. Some times I can upload and image and sometimes it just does nothing. IE I can upload an image but cant delete or move it. In Firefox I can not upload or manage existing images. We have tried this on multiple machines. It seems to be an issue with Silverlight?

Hi Renee

Can you check for me on the server that in this folder you have a file ending in the extension .xap.

/desktopmodules/cartviper/clientbin

If you don't have a file let me know. If you do have a file then this blog post is the most likely reason for not having any upload control, the fix is pretty simple.

I'm stuck... I'm trialling Cart Viper for my business website.  My employees computer wouldn't allow the image management app to work - just showed the website homepage where the uploader should be.  Tried it on a couple of other computers and it appeared to work fine.  Now on of these other computers is exhibiting the same problem.  Time is running out - if I can't resolve it I won't purchase it...

Hi,

Its most likely a jQuery conflict with your site, if you email me the URL of the store along with an admin username / password I will take a look at the issue? nigel@cartviper.com
