Hi,

I am currently evaluating your Cart Viper module. I have met an error that I am unable to fix. Here is the log as it appears in the CVStore_OrderAttributes table after an order have been completed (both seller and buyer accounts reflect that the transaction has been successfully completed).

Hi,

When we reject an IPN we also write an event to the DNN event viewer:
admin - > event viewer

Would it be possible to send us an admin account so we can login and see the issue or if you do not want to do that can you
send us a copy of the event details we have written to the event viewer? Also a number of checks we do on the IPN relate to your Paypal details i.e. emails addresses match etc
so can you send the details as they appear without doctoring them.

Hi Rico

I see this issue a couple of times, have you got something in the Secure ID field?

secure id field

Try having this field blank, the transaction is still secure without this value. I've seen a couple of times where people have entered their paypal password into this field which is the wrong value for this field.
The value looks like a hex string and can be found on the profile section of you paypal account.

Let me know if this fixes the issue.

Hi Mark.

When checking to my PayPal Secure ID to empty the field, I have seen that there was an extra blank space at the end of the ID (surely added during the copy / paste operation from my PayPal account). So I have removed this extra character and... the IPN invalid error disappeared.
But the error message is very confusing for basic user as the message does not state that the PayPal ID and Secure ID does not match.

Note : on your website, it is very difficult to find where to login (a short login link on the page bottom right). There is no login field accessible from the forum (as it may exist on other website).
