Hi there,

We've recently re-skinned a DNN website, I took a snapshot of the files and database and setup it up on a subdomain until it was completed.  Then once the client was happy we updated IIS and switched to the new site.

Our payment provider (Barclaycard) are now refusing payment due to duplicate order references numbers.  The site obviously took orders while the new site was in development, which has led to inconsistent referencing.

Anything you can advise on how best to resolve the issue?

Hi Chris,

What I would suggest is running the below SQL statement to reset which order ID we will use next. So running the below will mean the next order ID is 3000, change it to a number that is higher than the order ID you have used in Barclays:

dbcc checkident('cvstore_orders',RESEED,2999)
