Hi

I think I see the issue...

DNN have decided to add some code in DNN7 which changes the standard checkboxes and replaces them with a image control. Hence why they checkboxes look different to standard checkboxes.
The original checkbox is then hidden on the page, the problem is their javascript updates the hidden checkbox after the jQuery code we have on the event click. So the state is out of sync.

Let me show you, this is your request

*****BEGIN GROUP ADD**********

Client -> Server Adding Group
action=admin_product_category_assignment&productId=33&categoryId=23&state=false&language=en-US

Server -> Client Group successfully added
{"result":true, "message":"Product category assign updated"}

Notice the bold part, its got the state as unchecked when in fact is should be checked.

I've got a fix to the issue (i think), so can you email me here mark@cartviper.com and I'll send you the file over. I'm going to generate a new build for download but to save you time I can just give you the new ascx control.

Regards

Mark

Hi

Anyone else that has this issue should upgrade to the latest build of 1.6.1 (1.6.1f) which is available from the free trial page.

I hope this is the appropriate place...  I can not get categories to stick on products.  I can see, create and edit categories but can not seem to save them in the product edit screen. I am using DNN 6 and Internet Explorer.  Thanks for any assistance.
