Its difficult to say as I cant login and see the templates you're using to confirm, however when I go to the below page on your site and add that product to the cart there is no date associated with it, hence why you're not getting it outputted in the email:

Looking at the HTML generated it appears you have commented out the [EVENTDATES] token, highlighted below? We need the data that token creates to associate a date and time with the product, also if the date is recurring this is where the customer selects which date they want to attend in the sequence.

What I suggest is is first un-commenting out the token and try adding to the cart and confirming this is the issue. If that resolves the issue , if you still want to hide it use CSS rather than <!-- -->

I think that's getting closer, but there's still an issue. I did what you suggested, and didn't even hide it with CSS yet, but my cart looks like this: undefined

Can you download and install the latest version:
http://www.cartviper.com/free-trial

There were 2 issues:

1) The [EVENTDATES] token needs to be on the ProductList.htm template and rendered to the page, so not commented out.

2) We had a bug whereby we were not correctly selecting the event date, giving you the "undefined" message, the latest version should correct that.

Nigel you helped me perfectly with this original problem, but there's now a new request that follows my original question... Now we want to add the token [Manufacturer] to the orderDetailsConfirmEmail.htm template. HELP? I'm not sure how to use Razor scripts, is there documentation there?
