I need to update my profile and email address and there is no link to get to the profile area. The link here in the forum returns you back to the forum.

Can you please provide a link to update your account?

Hi,

Looking at the code we fixed this issue of just taking the 1st two digits from that column a few years ago, however as you're running such an old version it isnt in your version, there are a couple of options:

1) Upgrade to the latest version:

2) Change to use the singlepage checkout via store admin -> payments as we wont attempt to load the associated regions for Slovenia and the customer will just get a textbox to enter their region.

3) Modify the value field in the database so if the length is more than 2 characters it is unique when trimmed to 2 characters, you can use letters instead of just numbers to ensure they're unique.

Yes, I actually got everything working fine, thank you Nigel for your help. For me, the additional missing step, after copying the js folder, was to sign on to DNN as Host, go to Server Settings, and Increment the Current Host Version.

Product import on multilanguage site - issues with categories and secondary language

DNN v. 09.00.02, Cart Viper 3.9.5

I've tried to import a few test products via CSV onto existing categories in a multilanguage site;

No issues uploading products on the main language (Italian - except it's not possible to modify categories!), but when i try and import products using the secondary language (English) categories, it creates new categories under the default language instead.

What I've tried, with the same wrong outcome:

- switching the website to the secondary language (EN) like I would do when creating a new product via the UI, and then import (csv with 2 products, both with EN categories)

- changing the default store language to English under "store localization" and then import again

I have also tried using the XML import feature that allows you to upload to a specific language, which seems to work fine, but it's not very handy when you have to create the xml with new products yourself. Plus, even in this case is not possible to change the product category after the import.

Any clues?

Editing a variant in an order

I need to edit a variant for a product in an order. Is there a way to do this? Customer completed order and selected wrong variant.

Assuming that the answer is no, where are the variants for a particular order stored? I'd like to go into the database and make the correction if that's the only way.

Cart Viper Order Confirmation Mail Issue

I just updated Cart Viper version on my DNN web application. After update, old customers getting old order confirmation receipts automatically through email.What is the reason behind this? I am getting emails from many users that they did not order anything.Please help.

Hi,

There was an issue if you forced a full re-index of the product catalogue, only the products in the default language would be indexed. If you download and install the latest version then once installed click the "re-index search" button it should correct the issue:

The below is how we determine if a product has datasheets and if the current user has permission to view them. The code is returning web controls, however it could be moved to a Razor script and be modified to return the html "a" and "img" tags that you want:
