Unable to getting shipping Methods when shipping address belongs to United States

We got a serious issue which is happening after install my new version (i.e. CartViperPA_3.3.0 ) of Cartviper Module.

And this issue is due to the communication between Cartviper Module and USPS web tool.

I wanted to explain the issue which we are getting when display USPS shipping methods dynamically. This issue is occurring only when we choose Country as "United States" in shipping address page. The error message showing as follows...

Sorry, but we don't have any shipping rates for the weight of items in your basket to the selected country. Please either selected a different billing / shipping address or contact us....

If we choose Country other than "United States", everything working fine and we are able to select the shipping method.

Please suggest the required changes need to resolve the issue.

Purple Creative Studio have just launched new responsive shopping website using Cart Viper.

Parampara Cashmere uses many custom razor templates for the mini cart in the header and on the product detail. We have also written a custom login form in razor on the shopping cart.

I've had a play with the new version of Cart Viper on a Development server. From taking a look at the files in the backend it looks very good!

I haven't put a style/skin on it yet, but I'm confident in it's responsive-ness.

New Cart Viper Store: Willowhayne Records

Cart Viper has been used on the new recording company's site www.willowhaynerecords.com, making full use of the Digital Download Locker (and extending it to allow download of .wav, .flac, .alac and .mp3 files. I've also made some colour changes to the default skin, in line with the rest of the site, as well as 'angllcising' through the resource files.

Further enhancements (mostly studio master download formats) to be added over the coming days.

The support team at Cart Viper are second to none - quick and always helpful. Thank you for providing such a great product!

Website just live for a Glasgow based charity - click the Shop Online tab to see Cart Viper in action. So easy to set up, some products offer personalisation (see Glassware) and Cart Viper was perfect when setting this up making the customer shopping experience so easy.
