Hi,

I am trying to add images to my products in version 3.2.0, except the images and the image upload section is not showing anymore.

/DesktopModules/cartviper/ProductImageUploadAdmin.aspx?productId=218&alias=

Returns an Object+reference+not+set+to+an+instance+of+an+object.&content=0

Where I think the images should show, it shows "The requested page was not found"

Does any one know what might be missing, I looked on my test site and it shows the images but not the upload any more.

I compared all the source in the DesktopMobiles and bin and they appear to be the same on both sites.

I notice these errors below in the logs, does anyone know what might cause this "Portal cookie is not valid".

Thanks

Jeffrey

Hi

I would suggest upgrading to the latest version of Cart Viper. Older versions used Silverlight as the upload control for the product images. This is now blocked by default by some browsers.
The latest version of Cart Viper uses a pure javascript uploader.

You can download the latest version from the free trial page. Your existing license will unlock the module to be a full version. The manual has information on page 6 about how to upgrade.
We always recommend that you take a full site and db backup before upgrading.

I upgraded to the latest version of cart viper on our test site and now when I log in as host the whole site does not work.

I do not have remote connection to the server but if I add a space to the config and upload it the site starts working again.

The error in the logs is not useful as I just get:

http://hpupg.tdetest.com/Default.aspx?tabid=171&error=Exception+has+been+thrown+by+the+target+of+an+invocation.&content=0http://hpupg.tdetest.com/Default.aspx?tabid=171&error=Exception+has+been+thrown+by+the+target+of+an+invocation.&content=0

Hi,
I upgraded to the laterst version of cart viper on our test site but now if I am logged into the back end of dnn the whole site breaks / throws exception:
It appears to be caused by CartViper.Store.PaymentProviders.dll
Do you know why the latest version of cart vipor causes the site not to work with this DLL in place?
Thanks
